Our per-person rate includes the use of our guest facilities, including the conference hall, dining room and commercial kitchen. Bed linen is provided with rooms but beds are not made up and towels are not provided (unless you choose the Deluxe option*. Your group may use the commercial kitchen to prepare your own meals provided relevant food safety requirements can be met or you can ask us to provide a caterer to suit your needs (full catering is generally available from about $50 per person per day but costs may be slightly higher or lower depending on group size, length of stay and dietary requirements).

• *Deluxe option: For something a little more special for your group, you can choose to have full linen (including towels) and beds made up. $15 per person one off cost.
• A minimum charge of $600 generally applies to all conference group bookings. However, small, low charge groups may be possible by negotiation.
• The maximum number of conference guests is quite flexible. Our dining room can seat 70 people and our hall can seat 100. Overnight accommodation for 22 people is available in our rooms but for groups larger than 22 there are a range of other possibilities – please discuss these with us.
