Conference Packages from $25 per person per night

(If you are just looking for accommodation for yourself or your family for a country getaway, take a look at our Accommodation section).

In brief, for use of accommodation, hall and dining room/kitchen, the charge is:
$20 per person per day - day users (i.e. excluding overnight accommodation), or
$35 per person per day - multi share room, or
$40 per person per day - twin share ensuited room, or
$55 per person per day - one person in a twin ensuited room

(Discount: Stay 7 nights for the price of 5). That's $25pp/night multi share and $29pp/night twin share ensuite!

Our per-person rate includes the use of our guest facilities, including the conference hall, dining room and commercial kitchen. Bed linen is provided with rooms but beds are not made up*. Your group may use the commercial kitchen to prepare your own meals provided relevant food safety requirements can be met or you can ask us to provide a caterer to suit your needs (full catering is generally available for about $40 per person per day but costs may be slightly higher or lower depending on group size, length of stay and dietary requirements).
  • Deluxe option: For something a little more special for your group, you can choose to have full linen (including towels) and beds made up. $15 per person one off cost.

Accommodation

We can generally accommodate groups of up to 28 people, however larger groups are also possible (please ask us).

Bed linen is provided (except in multi share rooms) but beds are not made up. This helps us to keep our prices low. (See the deluxe option, below, if you wish to have beds made up and towels provided).

Children 15 years and under are charged at half price. Children in cots are free. Minimum room charge is one adult.

Family roomFamily room with ensuite

Double bed plus two single beds or bunk beds.  Clean, modern ensuite shower and toilet and bed linen.
Tariff (per night): $80 for up to 3 people, $20 extra person. (Tariff is accommodation only and does not include use of the conference facilities).




Twin roomTwin room with ensuite

Two single beds. Clean, modern ensuite shower and toilet and bed linen. Towels are not included.
Tariff (per night): $45 single, $60 twin. (Tariff is accommodation only and does not include use of the conference facilities).





Multi share

Three to five beds in a room. Bring Your Own bedding/linen/towels. Shared facilities.
Tariff (per night): $35 single or $20 per person when shared by two or more people. (Tariff is accommodation only and does not include use of the conference facilities).

Deluxe Option

For something a little more special for your group, you can choose to have full linen (including towels) and beds made up.
Cost: $15 per person one off cost. 

Conference Hall

 The well equipped conference hall is available to guests and includes:

Cost: $15 per person per day (this is already included in the cost of the standard conference package). Or $15 per person per day for the combined use of the hall, dining room and kitchen.

Dining Room and Commercial Kitchen
Our dining room can cater for up to 70 guests. It can also serve as a secondary meeting space for multiple smaller groups.

Although we can provide a caterer who will create delicious, healthy and affordable meals, your group may wish to self cater. The commercial kitchen can be hired by groups staying at Bellbunya provided relevant food safety requirements can be met.

Cost: $15 per person per day, includes use of the commercial kitchen and dining room. (This is already included in the cost of the standard conference package). Or $20 per person per day for the combined use of the hall, dining room and kitchen.

Catering
We have a number of professional caterers who can create a menu to suit your taste buds and budget. They produce wholesome, delicious, sustainable meals. Alternatively, you can arrange your own caterer (provided they can meet relevant health and safety requirements.
