Standard Conference PackageIn brief, for use of accommodation, hall and dining room/kitchen, the charge is: Our per-person rate includes the use of our guest facilities, including the conference hall, dining room and commercial kitchen. Bed linen is provided with the ensuited rooms but beds are not made up*. Dorm beds are BYO linen. Your group may use the commercial kitchen to prepare your own meals provided relevant food safety requirements can be met or you can ask us to provide a caterer to suit your needs (full catering is generally available for about $40 per person per day but costs may be slightly higher or lower depending on group size, length of stay and dietary requirements. See an example menu here). * Deluxe option: For something a little more special for your group, you can choose to have full linen (including towels) and beds made up. $15 per person one off cost. |

Make Your Own Conference PackageA Standard Conference/Workshop Package (above) is the easiest and best value way to use Bellbunya. However, if you want the flexibility of creating your own package, then the information below will assist you. You may choose to hire any of: accommodation, conference hall, dining room/kitchen, as detailed below. |

1. AccommodationWe can generally accommodate groups of up to 35 people, however larger groups are also possible (please ask us). Bed linen is provided (except in dorm rooms) but beds are not made up. This helps us to keep our prices low. (See the deluxe option, below, if you wish to have beds made up and towels provided). Children 15years and under are charged at half price. Children in cots are free. Minimum room charge is one adult. |
