Conference package - all inclusive

$80 per person per night, all inclusive - introductory special - ends April 30
Our per-person rate includes all meals (continental breakfast, morning and afternoon teas, lunch and dinner), twin share accommodation in ensuited rooms, linen and the use of our guest facilities, such as the conference hall and the dining room.

(or $75 per person per night in multi share rooms or rooms without ensuites).

Our per-person rate includes twin share accommodation in ensuited rooms, linen and the use of our guest facilities, such as the conference hall, dining room and commercial kitchen. Your group may use the commercial kitchen to prepare your own meals provided relevant food safety requirements can be met.

Family room with ensuite

Double bed plus two single beds. Clean, modern ensuite shower and toilet and all linen.

Twin room with ensuite

Two single beds. Clean, modern ensuite shower and toilet and all linen.
Tariff (per night): $40 single, $55 double. - introductory special

Twin room (basic)

Two single beds. Clean, older style ensuite toilet on some rooms. All linen. Shared shower facilities.
Tariff (per night): $35 single, $45 double. - introductory special

Conference Hall

The well equipped conference hall is available to guests and includes:

• Retractable 4.5 metre projection screen at front
• 2 metre projection screen at rear
• High power data projector
• DVD player, CD player, 5.1 channel 150Watt surround sound system with Ipod and USB inputs
• Slide projector and overhead projector
• Freestanding 2.5metre double sided whiteboard
• Hanging whiteboard
• Hanging chartboard
• seating for 70 people
• piano and electric organ
• Polished wood floor in main area
• Carpeted area at the back creates a more comfortable atmosphere for smaller groups
• Kitchenette with refridgerator, stove, sink
• Ceiling fans and reverse cycle air conditioning
• Water cooler
• Photo voltaic panels soon to be installed to power the hall (currently on wind power)

Cost: $7.50 per person per day

Dining Room

Our dining room can cater for 70 guests. It can also serve as a secondary meeting space for multiple smaller groups.

The use of the dining room is included if you use our catering or our commercial kitchen.

Commercial Kitchen and Self Catering

Although we provide delicious, healthy and affordable onsite catering, your group may wish to self cater. The commercial kitchen can be hired by groups staying at Bellbunya provided relevant food safety requirements can be met.

Cost: $7.50 per person per day

Catering

We produce wholesome, delicious, sustainable meals. We use fresh, local produce, most of it organic and as much as possible straight from our own gardens. As our gardens develop, we will source more and more ingredients onsite.

Our standard catering options are available for a minimum of 10 people for each meal. You may select all items or just those elements that you wish:
