We have regular events that happen each week or each month and special events that are one-off events, such as specific weekend workshops. All the events/activities listed here are open to everyone.

Regular events - everyone welcome

 Monthly Friday night dinners - all welcome!

Friends at dinner

One Friday evening each month we have dinner and entertainment, with a variety of activities from dancing, to live music, to movies, to talks or Karaoke. Enjoy a delicious and healthy vegetarian feast, made from only the freshest local ingredients - much of it organic. Then let down your hair and have some fun.

Cost: $15 per person, with affordable accommodation packages available. Please contact us to RSVP as bookings are essential.

Sunday afternoon sustainable soul singing

Let your spirit soar, have fun, connect, and find your voice. You don't have to be able to sing, just willing to have a go. Sustain and rejuvinate yourself through singing. Join Jude, our passionate community choir leader, for an afternoon of fun and harmony. Everyone welcome.

When: 2pm every Sunday

Friday night sustainability film - first Friday of each month

Film starts at 8pm. Cost: Free

We regularly hold sustainability film nights. Please contact us for details of our next showing or should you wish a particular film to be featured. Everyone welcome.

Working bees - first Saturday of each month

Come along and help us improve Bellbunya. This is a chance to connect with people who are passionate about community and sustainability, get your hands dirty and have fun - all at the same time. There is always plenty of gardening and maintenance to do. Plus, we especially need people with handyman, building or plumbing skills. Come along from 10am, help out for the day and join us for a shared BBQ lunch. You might even want to stay for the weekend!

Falu Eyre is delighted to share her personal story with you, pass on her knowledge and experience whilst introducing you to simple, yet very effective concepts in Ayurveda.

Ayurveda is one of the most important mind, body, and spirit medicines. This ancient pre-Hindu science, said to be well over 5,000 years old, is considered to be the “Mother” of all holistic healing.

Ayur translates from the Sanskrit term meaning “life". Veda is knowledge or science.

Learn about the science of Ayurveda and how it can make your life healthier. Experience simple and fast cooking methods and YOU create nutritious and healing food vital to your body and soul that is tasty, inexpensive, fragrant and looks sensational!!!! The Ayurvedic way of preparing food and cooking can be applied to all your favourite dishes of all nationalities. Fun, interactive, educational, hands on.

We are planning an all day heartfelt event, starting with Yoga guided by Rudran beginning at 9am sharp. Followed by the dynamic Falu, sharing with us her passion for cooking the Ayurveda way.

Author, songwriter, bard, filmaker, lecturer, activist. John Seed is founder and director of the Rainforest Information Centre www.rainforestinfo.org.au. He has written and lectured extensively on deep ecology and has been conducting Councils of All Beings and other re-Earth ing workshops around the world for 25 years. With Joanna Macy, Pat Fleming and Professor Arne Naess, he wrote "Thinking Like a Mountain - Towards a Council of All Beings" which has now been translated into 10 languages.
